SDW Construction have found that often domestic customers need help to guide them through the complex procedures of design, planning approvals and local authority building control. SDW Construction can help decide what is the nest way to achieve the result customers are looking for and options available when altering or improving a home.

If the project is on the larger side and there are a set of detailed drawings, SDW Construction can provide a full and detailed quotation to carry out the work. If, however, the project is smaller or if there are no drawings and a customer does not know how to proceed, contact us and let SDW Construction guide you through the process of planning applications or building control approval if needed.
If a smaller job then SDW Construction will provide a detailed 'Specification of Works' containing a price breakdown and drawings (if needed) to make sure there is an understanding of what work is to be carried out, clear and concise.

SDW Construction will provide the commencement and completion dates along with an understanding of what order the work will be carried out.
